Beginner Tumbling – Level 1 – Learn the basics of tumbling – up to backwalkovers and back handsprings! 55 minutes focused on strength, power and technique.
Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling – Level 2 and 3 – 55 minutes focused on strength, power, technique and developing higher level tumbling skills including front tumbling and twisting!
Squad/Group Tumbling – Bring your entire squad in for a class designed just for your team! We will tailor a class to your squads particular goals and needs. This will be a closed class with just your team/squad members! Use the spring floor, cheer surface, tumble track, rocket floor and trampolines as a squad!
